the product took long to arrive but that delay was caused by my own country the deliver company held on to it for a long time but it did arrive eventually. the box was damaged but the product was OK minus a small dent in the spinning disk. I let the machine heat up and spin up for 5 min. then I added a full spoon of sugar with the spoon it came with. it started spinning but suddenly compleatly stopped and the sugar started burning eventually it did spin again but lots of smoke came out because the sugar fully burned and caramelised and when it spinned it shot black sugar on the plastic cover. I decided to try again and added a half spoon of sugar. this time it spinned normally and produced a small amount. I then did it again with a full spoon and it made a tiny amount but better then the first time. the trick is to spin the stick as close to the plastic as possible but not to close that the candy rubs against it. unlike in a theme park you can't spin the stick in the machine it's too S
