They are exactly as described though from the inside they didn't properly sew it/cut the excess fabric. When I washed them, they house itself was able to stand again. The floors have this foam on the inside that had to be repositioned after washing them. I bought in sizes 31x31 and 36x36, although i think they are counting the outside of the house and not the inside. The floors measure 28x28 and 31x31respectively. The bottom is somewhat slip resistant. SHIPPING WAS VERY FAST! Didn't expect until December but they came in about two weeks!
